Nothing has a positive impact on team spirit like collective exercise. And Bootcamp – a wonderful workout as a group that is focused on stamina and strength – appears to be the best method. Collegiality is key to our classes. To help each other achieve shared goals, appreciate individuals for what they bring to the table in the group and to motivate and inspire each other to go the extra mile for the sake of the company. Indeed, you increase the performance of a team by making a joint effort. Breach boundaries and build warm relations between staff members with The Bootcamp Club.

The Bootcamp Club offers a variety of trainings in the workplace, such as regular Bootcamp, Kickbox Bootcamp, yoga Bootcamp, power Bootcamp and running Bootcamp. And this at all levels, so there is something for everyone.

 

Teambuilding

Because of a recent takeover, people with different company cultures are forced to work together all of a sudden… Or because of company growth new employees are hired regularly who will have to find their place within the organisation...

A good teambuilding session, that is what your staff needs. The Bootcamp Club can work with a group of people, for instance as part of your introduction programme, team outing or strategy days. Exercising together dissolves potential boundaries between people, leads to solidarity and strengthens the team spirit.

Sports day

Are you fed up? The sports day of your company being the same again and again?

The Bootcamp Club works with your staff in a novel way. We are able to facilitate a part of the sports day with a regular Bootcamp, but of course we could also facilitate an entire day with clinics in the area of, for instance, boxing, yoga and running.
